By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms. We understand that plans change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible. Changes made at least one day in advance will not incur any fees. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 50% fee up to $50 per person. Packages and treatments of two or more hours are subject to a 50% fee up to $150 per person.

  Only children receiving treatments are allowed at the spa. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children under age 5 are not allowed at the spa for any reason.

Pets and service animals must be well-behaved and not disturb other clients. 

Discounts and benefits begin the minute you join. You must have an active membership or be designated as +one to enjoy benefits. You must observe all policies and maintain a payment card on file to maintain active membership status. Memberships automatically renew on their anniversary date. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. Please don’t come to the spa sick. We put the health of our clients and staff above all. While same-day cancellation fees still apply to same-day cancellations, we will gladly waive any fees if we can fill your spot.

 Refunds are not given for any reason. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please let us know during your visit and we will make it right. We cannot guarantee results, but we will perform all treatments to industry standard and go out of our way to help you enjoy your experience and achieve your goals. 

Discounts may not be combined unless otherwise stated and are subject to restrictions and expiration dates as set forth in writing. 

We will honor prices set forth in writing. We reserve the right to correct any unintentional errors that may occur.
