We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Early cancellations made at least one day in advance will not incur any fees.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

Please call as early as possible--we may be able to make exceptions in certain cases. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.

  Only children receiving treatments are allowed at the spa. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children under age 5 are not allowed at the spa for any reason. 

Pets and service animals must be well-behaved and not disturb other clients. 

Discounts and benefits begin the minute you join. You must have an active membership or be designated as +one to enjoy benefits. You must observe all policies and maintain a payment card on file to maintain active membership status. Memberships automatically renew on their anniversary date.  If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms, please do not come to the spa. We put the health of our clients and staff above all. We kindly ask you to call us as soon as possible to reschedule. Same day cancellation fees still apply--but we may be able to make exceptions in certain cases.

 Refunds are not given for any reason. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please let us know during your visit and we will make it right. We cannot guarantee results, but we will perform all treatments to industry standard and go out of our way to help you enjoy your experience and achieve your goals. 

Discounts may not be combined unless otherwise stated and are subject to restrictions and expiration dates as set forth in writing. 

We will honor prices set forth in writing. We reserve the right to correct any unintentional errors that may occur.
