We understand that life happens and plans change. To best serve all our clients and staff, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.

• Changes made at least one day in advance will not incur a fee
• Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% fee up to $50 per person, per treatment hour 
• No-shows are subject to a 50% fee up to $100 per person, per treatment hour

 Your health—and the health of our team and clients—is our top priority. If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We kindly ask that you do not come to the spa while sick. While same-day cancellation fees may apply, we’re happy to waive the fee if we’re able to fill your appointment slot with advance notice. 

Only children receiving treatments are allowed in the spa. Children under age 5 are not allowed. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Small, well-behaved pets may be allowed at the discretion of management. However, if a pet becomes disruptive or causes discomfort to others, we reserve the right to end the treatment early without a refund or discount.

Discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated and are subject to any restrictions or expiration dates outlined in writing. 

We will honor all written pricing as stated at the time of booking or promotion. However, we reserve the right to correct any unintentional errors or inaccuracies that may occur.

Membership begins the minute you join. To maintain active status, you must:

• Have have an active membership or be listed as a designated +One on an active account
• Keep a valid payment method on file and pay cancellation and no-show fees
• Follow spa policies and procedures

We do not offer refunds for any reason. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please let us know during your visit, and we will do our best to make it right.

While we cannot guarantee specific results, all services are performed to professional industry standards, and our team is committed to helping you enjoy your experience and work toward your wellness and aesthetic goals.
