• Children under age 12 are not allowed unless supervised and receiving a treatment. All children must have a ticket. Children under age 5 are not allowed in the spa.
• Tickets are required. To ensure the best experience possible, we limit the number of guests.
• All food and drink is complementary. Alcohol is not allowed, except for tastings offered by vendors.

• Earn a $20 gift card for every friend you refer (new clients only). 
• No limit to the number of rewards you can earn. 

• Eligibility: Must be 18 or older to enter. Employees, families, agents and partners of Spa One and Massage Life Academy are not eligible.  
• How to Enter: Receive one entry with each event ticket you purchase, and one entry when you follow us Instagram (no purchase necessary). 
• Botox Giveaways: Winner will receive up to 200 units of Botox over the course of one year, based on recommended dosage and treatment intervals. Amount to be set by drug provider.
• Non-transferable: Giveaway prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted for other services.
• Winner Selection: Winner will be chosen at random at the conclusion of the event. We will post winners on Instagram and contact winners directly.
