If you prefer to pay your membership once a year and avoid monthly charges, you can pay $180/year and save $60 (pay 9 months, get 3 months free). Renews annually.
Cancellations
- Cancel anytime after your 3-month trial.
- If you cancel before your trial ends, you must reimburse us for any discounts you received during your trial period (no other penalties apply).
- To cancel, send us a text or email so we have a record and can verify it's really you. We will reply with a written confirmation.

Membership FAQ
Membership costs $20/month or $180/year. Choose the payment play you want.
There are no limits to how much you can save or how often you can visit.
Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
Refunds of any kind are not allowed. But we will make sure you love every visit!
You can share your membership with one person in your household (e.g., significant other) and with anyone you bring to the spa with you.
Sometimes our vendors restrict what we can do. We have to follow their guidelines. We also may not allow some discounts to be combined. We will always state any restrictions in writing, so you don't have to worry.
You can stay on a previous membership, as long as you don't let it expire.
Saving plans are totally optional. Here's how they work:
- Opt into the program by contacting our front desk. You must be a member to have a savings plan.
- Choose $50, $100 or $150/month. The amount will come out of your bank account on the same day each month and be added to a spa gift card with your name on it.
- You may cancel, pause or change your monthly savings amount at any time without penalty.
- Your savings is available for you to use on anything you want at any time. You may use it on products, services, merchandise, gift cards, anything! Refunds are not allowed. Your savings never expire.
- If you lose your gift card, contact the front desk and they will transfer the balance to a new card.
Most clients find that if they save a little money each month, they can get the treatments they want with less stress and strain on finances. It's amazing how quickly a small monthly payment can add up!
Yes, you can pause your membership once every six months for up to two months. There is no fee for doing so.
Sorry, refunds of any kind are not allowed.
The Fine Print
Just to ensure we're on the same page...
By joining our membership program, you the "member" agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Benefits: benefits start the minute you join. Members enjoy $30 off massages, facials, and body treatments (not including treatments of less than an hour). Members receive 20% off med spa treatments unless otherwise stated. members receive 15% off all products we offer. Some restrictions may apply as stated.
- Sharing: Memberships can be shared with one person in the member's household and with anyone that accompanies a members to the spa, so long as everyone is receiving treatments. Beauty-Wellness Savings Plans can be shared with others as long as the member is present to approve transactions.
- Cost: The cost of membership is $20/month or $180/year. Membership fees are non-refundable. Memberships automatically renew monthly/annually on the anniversary date.
- Cancellations: Monthly memberships can be cancelled without fees of any kind after the 3-month trial period. If cancelled before trial ends, members agree to pay an early termination fee equal to any discounts received during the trial period. Annual memberships can be cancelled at any time without an early termination fee of of any kind. All cancellations must be received in writing by text or email so we have a record and can verify it's really you.
- Policy: Members agree to abide by all written policies and verbal directives from staff. Failure to do so will result in immediate membership cancellation.
- Savings Plans: Beauty-Wellness Savings Plans are optional. Participation is entirely up to member (membership is required). Member may add, change, cancel, or freeze savings plan at any time with written notice (text or email). There is no fee for adding, changing, cancelling or freezing a savings plan. Beauty-Wellness Savings Plan funds never expire. Funds are stored on a gift card linked to the client's account. Balance may be obtained by calling or texting us. If card is lost or stolen, it can be replaced at no cost.
- Changes: The terms of this membership can change at any time with written notice to members.
