By joining our membership program, you ("Member") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Benefits:  Benefits begin immediately upon enrollment. Members receive $30 off massages and facials, 20% off most other treatments, and 15% off retail products. Restrictions may apply. Discounts have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
2. Monthly FREE Member Perks: Members receive one FREE Member Perk per membership, per calendar month. If a membership is shared, only one individual may redeem the monthly perk. Free Perks are subject to change at any time and are listed on the Specials Page. Perks must be redeemed within the applicable month or are forfeited. No substitutions, transfers, credits, or cash value. Perks may not be converted to gift cards.
3. Sharing: Memberships may be shared with one individual in the Member's household and with guests accompanying the Member to the spa, provided all parties are receiving services during the same visit. Spa One reserves the right to limit or revoke share privileges in cases of misuse or abuse.
4. Price: Membership is $180 per year. This price will not increase without the Member's prior notice before renewal. Any pricing changes will apply only to future renewal terms. 
5. Renewals: Membership automatically renews annually on the anniversary date. A reminder will be sent approximately 30 days prior to renewal using the contact information on file. Members may cancel at any time prior to the renewal date to avoid renewal charges. Once a renewal is processed, all sales are final and non-refundable. 
6. Cancellations: Membership may be canceled at any time with no fees or penalties. Cancellation requests must be submitted via call, text, or email to verify identity. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle Member to any refund of fees already paid. If a membership lapses due to cancellation or non-payment, reinstatement will be subject to current pricing and terms.
7. Spa Policy & Conduct:  Members agree to abide by all Spa One policies, professional boundaries, and all applicable local and state laws. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to misconduct, harassment, or violation of professional standards, may result in immediate termination of membership without refund. Spa One reserves the sole right to refuse service to anyone at any time to protect staff, clients, and business operations. 
8. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows: By enrolling in membership, Member agrees to Spa One’s appointment, cancellation, and no-show policies as outlined on our website: https://spaoneutah.com/home. These policies are incorporated into this agreement by reference. Fees associated with late cancellations or missed appointments may apply. 
9. Savings Plans:  Beauty-Wellness Savings Plans are optional and require an active membership. Members may add, modify, pause, or cancel a plan at any time with written notice (text or email). There are no fees associated with plan changes. Funds do not expire and are stored on a gift card linked to the Member’s account. These funds have no cash value and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen balances may be replaced at Spa One’s discretion. 
10. Non-Refundable Policy: All membership fees, renewals, services, and associated purchases are non-refundable. By enrolling, Member acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
    By purchasing a membership, Member agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Spa One to attempt resolution. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Member agrees that this agreement, along with any signed acknowledgments, appointment history, communications, and usage records, may be used as evidence to resolve the dispute. If a chargeback is initiated for a valid charge, Spa One reserves the right to: a) Immediately terminate the membership and any associated benefits; b) Recover the full amount of services rendered, discounts received, or perks used; and, c) Charge a reasonable administrative fee associated with the dispute. All memberships, services, and fees are non-refundable as outlined in this agreement.
12. Changes to Terms:  Spa One reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted and effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of membership constitutes acceptance of any changes. Last update: 3/21/2026.
