Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination and can be redeemed same as cash for any products, services, or packages offered by Spa One unless otherwise stated on the card. Gift cards may be used for gratuity.

Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, so please keep your card in safe place.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To book an appointment with a gift card, please have gift card present when you call. You will need the gift card number and any information printed on the reverse side. A secondary method of payment may also be required.

Gift cards never expire, unless stated otherwise on the card or required by law.

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled on the day of your appointment, or you no-show, applicable fees will be charged to the gift card. See Spa Policy for details.  

Gift cards purchased as part of a special promotion (e.g., bonus cards, packages, specific services, etc.) may have different terms and conditions. Please refer to the back of the card for all terms and conditions.

Only services or packages printed on the card may be redeemed. Substitutions are not allowed without prior written consent.
