We understand that plans change and we appreciate as much notice as possible. There is no charge for changes made at least 24-hours in advance. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% fee, up to $50 per person. No-shows are subject to a 50% fee, up to $75 per person. All outstanding fees must be paid before clients are allowed to book again.

If you’re experiencing symptoms of illness, or have recently been exposed to someone who is ill, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Do not come to the spa. While same-day cancellation fees apply, we do our best to give your appointment to someone else and waive the fee if we are able. Thank you for helping us keep our clients and team healthy.

By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees when due. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to correct any unintended pricing errors. Except as otherwise required by law, all purchases and payments are final and nonrefundable. 

 Our goal is to provide you with products and services you love. If something falls short of your expectations, please tell us during your visit so we can make it right. We do not guarantee specific results due to factors outside our control, but we do perform all treatments to applicable professional and safety standards.

Children under 5 are not allowed at the spa.

Children 5 years and older may accompany an adult if both are receiving treatments. Pets are allowed at the sole discretion of management except as required by law. If a child or pet disrupts or causes discomfort to others, we reserve the right to end treatments without refund.
